The most unhealthy item on the McDonald's menu is the Angus Third Pounder with Bacon & Cheese Value Meal.
The burger itself has 790 calories, 87% of your daily recommended saturated fat intake, 49% of your daily cholesterol intake, 21% of your daily carb intake and 86% of your daily sodium intake.
Add in a large fry and you’re talking another 500 calories, another 17% of your daily saturated fat allowance, an additional 21% of your reco’d carb intake, and 15% of your sodium recommended intake.
Oh, and a large Coke? Toss in another 310 calories and +29% for carbs.
So with one value meal, you’re getting 1590 calories (you should be eating 2,000 per day), 104% of your daily saturated fat intake, 49% of cholesterol, 71% of carbs, and 101% of sodium.
But it’s damn sure tasty.
